Subscription boxes are charged $8.00. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight by the carrier.
When will you ship my order?
For Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes ship by the 10th. All orders that are not subscription boxes will ship within 7-10 business day.
How long will it take to arrive?
Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped.Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.

Payment Information
When will I be charged?
Subscriptions renew on the 5th day of each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. All other payments will be on the 5th.
When will my items be shipped?
Our boxes ship by the 10th of the month.

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click“My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel or reactivate your subscription. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
What comes in the box?
You can choose from two box styles: THE BASIC BOX comes with the wood tiered tray pieces, paint palette & painting sponges. THE DELUXE BOX come with the wood tiered tray pieces, paint, painting sponges, sandpaper, foam tray & a sheet of packaging paper to use as a work space.
