Subscriptions renew on the 5th day of each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. All other payments will be on the 5th.

After creating a new store account, login and click “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.

From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel or reactivate your subscription. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
You can choose from two box styles: THE BASIC BOX comes with the wood tiered tray pieces, paint palette & painting sponges. THE DELUXE BOX come with the wood tiered tray pieces, paint, painting sponges, sandpaper, foam tray & a sheet of packaging paper to use as a work space.
