Your first payment is charged at checkout. After that renewals happen on the 1st of every month.
Cutoff Date: To get this month's box, sign up by the 21st. (That’s usually the cutoff — give or take a day depending on the calendar.) Orders placed on or after the 22nd will receive next month's box, and you won't be charged again until the month after that.

You can cancel at any time. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the 1st of the month. If you cancel after that you will still receive a box for that month. Your cancellation will go in effect the following month.

What's the cost of shipping?
Subscription boxes are charged $8.00. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight by the carrier.
When will you ship my order?
For Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes ship by the 10th. All orders that are not subscription boxes will ship within 7-10 business day.
How long will it take to arrive?
Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped.Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click“My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel or reactivate your subscription. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.
How do I track my Order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
